How do I order?
Online Purchases There are four categories of products that you may view online:
- Desk Items
Select one of the categories and all the items will display relating to the category.
Select any product to get more details such as sizing, color, and description.
If you're interested in a product, select the button.
Fill in quantity desired (keep in mind the minimum quantity). If you have selected apparel, make sure to enter Men's/Women's and the sizing.
When finished, select 'Add to Cart', to place the item in the cart.
After selecting 'Add to Cart', your cart summary is displayed.
If you are finished shopping, select the button, or continue shopping.
When checking out there are two steps in the process:
- Step 1 – Fill out Your Information including your location and your manager's name and email. Please fill in the Shipping information indicating where the shipment will be delivered. If you make an error or simply want to clear all the information on this page, select the button and all information will be reset. Select the button when complete.
- Step 2 – Along with all information summarized in Step 1, in this step, Payment Information is required. Payment can be made by using an authorized cost centre # or credit card. Please provide a reason for your request in the Additional Notes section. When finished, select the button. We will receive your order and you will receive an email confirmation to the email you provided in the 'Your Information' section in Step 1.
Purchases by Phone
Call Indelible Designs toll-free at (866) 620-0645. We will be happy to speak to you about the items you would like to order. A customer service representative will provide you with an order confirmation number and the total amount of your order. You will also receive an e-mail confirmation with your order number and the total.
Is this site secure?
Your personal information is kept private. The information collected will be held strictly to serve you. Indelible Designs will not share any information provided without your permission.
Indelible Designs uses industry-standard technology to ensure safe transactions, and we will ensure your information is risk-free, without exceptions.
Do promotional items have to be brand compliant?
Yes, all promotional items must be brand compliant. This includes using colours within Vale's brand standards and applying the logo correctly. Indelible Designs follows Vale's brand guidelines closely and will ensure correct branding.
What does 'additional charges may apply' mean?
Although we have done everything we can to charge the price displayed, from time to time additional charges may arise. Some additional charges include: brokerage, duties, setup fee, colour matches, etc. Pricing fluctuations occur without notice but please know we will do everything to keep prices as they are displayed or as close as possible.
How do I pay for the order?
Purchases are made by charging an order to your cost centre. You may also pay by Credit card. Your manager will be contacted to confirm the order if paying by cost centre #.
Can I purchase an item for myself using a credit card?
Yes you may, purchases can be paid using credit card.
What happens if merchandise is defective?
In the event that your order arrives damaged, defective or with pieces missing, please contact Indelible Designs toll free at (866) 620-0645 within 48 hours of receipt. We will gladly make sure your order is correct and reimburse you for any issues that arise.
What if I can't find what I'm looking for?
If items on the online store are not what you are looking for, under each category and detailed product page you will find a link at the bottom of the page: "Click Here to search for additional promotional products". If you select this link, it will open a new window to our searchable database of promotional items. Here you can search, inquire and email about specific items you are interested in. Once you send us an inquiry we will receive it via email and contact you to discuss your needs. You can always close the window and return to the online store. If you have any questions, please contact us.
Are there Shipping Charges?
Shipping charges are added based on the weight and dimensions of the parcel shipped.
All shipments are shipped from Mississauga, Ontario. Shipping charges are calculated on the dimensional weight of your shipment based on ground service. We will ensure your shipment arrives at your destination using the most economical service and rate. Indelible Designs uses Purolator as our primary courier for fast and reliable service. If you require overnight shipping or special handling please contact us for rates and we will gladly ensure your shipment arrives on time.
What sales taxes will I be charged?
Sales taxes apply to your order depending on the delivery location. Orders will be charged HST depending on the province items are delivered to.
